[EN]: For many people in different parts of the world who have used (and still use) Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system, it may be hard to say good-bye to it. Software developers are still releasing browsers and other software for it. It is still one of the mostly-used OS’s. However, since MS pulled the plug on XP earlier this week, the company also created a short, funny game (also playable in other browsers) to finally let XP go, in a sarcastic way.
“Escape from XP” is the 8-bit retro game which features one huge and evil Clippy and icons of IE6 and XP utilities coming at you, the last person standing inside XP. It doesn’t matter how far you get (because really the stage is small), you’ll always have the same ending: pressing a button to destroy XP. Also, if you’ve played 8-bit games, the sounds should be recognizable.

[ES]: Para muchas personas en diferentes partes del mundo que han utilizado (y siguen utilizando) el sistema operativo de Microsoft, Windows XP, puede ser difícil decirle adiós a ella. Los desarrolladores de software todavía lanzan navegadores y otros software para ello. Sigue siendo uno de los sistemas operativos más utilizados. Sin embargo, desde que MS abandonó XP a principios de esta semana, la compañía también creó un corto y divertido juego (que también pueden reproducirse en otros navegadores) para que finalmente XP se vaya de una manera sarcástica.
“Escape from XP” es el juego retro de 8 bits cuenta con un enorme y malvado Clippy y los iconos de IE6 y de utilidades de XP que se te acercan a tí, la última persona de pie dentro de XP. No importa lo lejos que llegues (porque realmente el escenario es pequeño), que siempre tendrás el mismo final: pulsar un botón para destruir XP. Además, si has jugado a los juegos de 8 bits, los sonidos deben ser reconocibles.
